Pricing for Pizza Only
Prices are based on a $18/per person charge. Customer can choose from 4 pizza options listed on menu.
$900 flat fee up to 50 people + set up fee.
$18 per person over 50 people
An additional $4 per head can be added for our mixed green salad.
An 18% set up will be added to all events over 50 people and a minimum $250 set up fee will be added for parties of 50 people or less. ( Please note this covers insurance, transportation to and from event, set up and tear down, and required amount of help needed for your party)

50% security deposit due within 7 days of request to secure date*
There is no minimum guest count, but you will be charged for at least 50 guests.
The final guest count is required two weeks prior to the event. Your event charge will be finalized at that time.
Final payment is due 7 days before your scheduled event via cash, check or credit card. A 3% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
*In the event of cancelation, Pappas Pies will apply deposit towards a future event within one year of the original event date. If no new date is scheduled the deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel within 15 days of the event the deposit will be forfeited.
Day of Your Event
Set up 1.5 - 2 hours prior to the start of your event.
Buffet service will be for 2 hours depending on size of your event.
Extended service time is available for an additional fee of $100 per hour.
Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils will be provided.
We require an outdoor space of approximately 25’x 25′ on hard, level ground or surface. Please keep in mind we need to pull a truck and trailer into this space.
We require standard electrical* hook up within 100 feet of setup.
*If electric service is not available let us know so other arrangements can be discussed
