Pappas Pies was established in 2021 and is owned by Zoe and Chris Meyer from Spring Mills, PA. Our business is a family run business with our two children Leah and John.   The idea of crafting wood fired pizzas really started with Zoe’s dad, John Pappas who was an amazing cook/entertainer and had a wood fired pizza oven of his own. Sadly, John passed away in 2016 and ever since then, Zoe has had a vision to keep the wood fired pizza idea moving forward and recently decided to take the show on the road. Introducing Pappas Pies - mobile wood fired pizza.

The experience of having a wood fired pizza oven at your event provides a fun casual atmosphere that everyone will truly enjoy and is not like any other catered experience. Guests enjoy watching the Neapolitan pizza being crafted right in front of them and tossed into a 900 degree oven.  This is not your typical food truck, it really is a self -sustained mobile wood fired pizzeria.

We specialize in wood fired pizza and we pride ourselves on doing it well.  Our dough is hand stretched, and our ingredients are always fresh.
